BACKGROUND
Cross Group are delighted to have completed the VRV air conditioning installation in this 237 bedroom hotel in the Heart of Shepherds Bush London overlooking Shepherds Bush Green.
SOLUTION
Daikin were the preferred manufacturer on this project, we used the REYQ range of heat recovery VRV providing simultaneous heating and cooling throughout the entire building.
All areas including the bedrooms, public spaces and back of house areas are air conditioned using the Daikin VRV systems. Cross Group provided DX 100kW’s of cooling to the AHU DX coils, this proved a cost effective and efficient solution for treating the air within the ventilation system.
The footprint of the building and the space allocated for services proved the greatest challenge in terms of coordination with other services trades, close liaison with design team and regular meetings onsite helped overcome these challenges. The outcome being very well installed Daikin VRV systems for the guests and staff at the hotel property to enjoy for many years to come.
