Based conveniently close between the financial and tourist areas, guests at Marlin Waterloo hotel will benefit from a very well equipped luxury hotel bedroom combined with a fully functioning kitchen facility.
SOLUTION
As part of the M&E fit out, Cross Group installed the VRF systems in compliance with the Fgas regulations. Refrigerant leak detection was required in some areas to comply with EN378. The project was a fast paced new build project that was built and handed over to the client on time.
