127 – 135 Sloane Street development is situated in The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and forms part of Cadogan Estates.
Sloane Street development is a mixed use scheme comprising of commercial office space, high end retail units, studio retail and a restaurant with approx. 13,000m2 of mixed use accommodation.
The development comprises of two floors of retail & restaurant and five floors of commercial office.
The building was designed to achieve BREEAM excellent.
As the specialist VRF installer our package formed part of the main M&E installation. Cross Group were employed to supply and install the complete VRF systems within the office and studio areas, the heat pump boilers, refrigerant leak detection systems and the local and central controls.
