It will have five retail areas, cycle spaces, showers and lockers plus a communal roof terrace and café for the private use of the buildings occupiers.

Solution

The building is air conditioned throughout, Cross Group would form part of the project team and were tasked to supply and install the VRF air conditioning systems and all DX equipment serving the AHU’s to comfort cool the office space, the atriums and the common areas.

The project delivery came with its challenges because the nature of the building and the huge renovation project running alongside the fit out phase, it was successfully handed over within the allocated time frame to a very high standard.
